The service technician was very professional and helped move one of my sprinkler lines to give better water coverage to my front lawn. He also adjusted many of the heads on my sprinkler system to better cover the lawn. He also adjusted the timing on all areas as the lawn was suffering in some areas. He was very efficient and my lawn is already looking better.

My irrigation system had been damaged during a fence install. I called BrightWater irrigation and they were able to come out the next day to repair it. They did an awesome job and were able to repair a couple of places I wasn’t even aware of. Every employee I have ever had work with me from BrightWater has been knowledgeable, polite and gone above and beyond to make sure the job was done to my satisfaction.

BrightWater Irrigation is customer focused, very responsive and does great work. Another company had grinded a tree stump 1.5 - 2.0 feet down and also grinded up the drip line. BrightWater quickly located the drip line about 1.5 feet down and capped off. They also repaired another sprinkler head/line. They went above and beyond when they "customized" the sprinkler system times in each zone after the repairs were complete. Highly recommend their service!

After many quotes and research for permanent holiday lighting, we decided to use Brightwater and the Jellyfish lighting for our installation. The process was easy, after getting POA approval. It was installed in one very long day and up and running. Kyle, project manager? lead technician? was amazingly helpful in troubleshooting. Getting the WiFi connected was not an easy process but they were able to get it working and up and running. We picked the Jellyfish brand because of the flat lights (opposed to bulbs) that are almost invisible during the day. So far we are very happy with the lights, service and price!

I also work in the home services industry and our customer journey is held to a high standard, therfore a lot of contractors/service providers really disappoint me because I know the customer experience can be done to a higher standard. This company shocked me with how great the customer experience was, and how easy they were to work with. One phone call, talked to one person, she gave me a next day appointment and an estimate and assured me the tech would call me on his way, which he did, and was even early. He got it done in a timely manner, charged me the basic service fee, even tho it was a little more complicated than just coupling a pipe back together, sent me pictures, and even sprayed the driveway off, which I greatly appreciate since this was for a recent customer of mine. I will never use anyone else but this company if possible, I gave their info to every Forman and manager at my company. Their company preforms and delivers customer service at a high level. Thank you for a great experience!
