I also work in the home services industry and our customer journey is held to a high standard, therfore a lot of contractors/service providers really disappoint me because I know the customer experience can be done to a higher standard. This company shocked me with how great the customer experience was, and how easy they were to work with. One phone call, talked to one person, she gave me a next day appointment and an estimate and assured me the tech would call me on his way, which he did, and was even early. He got it done in a timely manner, charged me the basic service fee, even tho it was a little more complicated than just coupling a pipe back together, sent me pictures, and even sprayed the driveway off, which I greatly appreciate since this was for a recent customer of mine. I will never use anyone else but this company if possible, I gave their info to every Forman and manager at my company. Their company preforms and delivers customer service at a high level. Thank you for a great experience!

Trying to sell our house and the buyers found some Sherlock Holmes-wannabe home inspector that was apparently paid by the word for his analysis. The 80 page report included some perceived discrepancies with our sprinkler system that we needed to address. We required a quick turn on the issue so we could keep the sale on track. We called BrightWater to see if they could help. They returned our call the same day and we met a short time later. Their rep was knowledgeable and responded quickly. He showed me where the report was in error and adjusted and repaird those parts which needed addressed. The price was right and the response was timely and spot on. I would definitely use BrightWater again, if needed.

Kade is THE MAN!! Came out first thing in them morning and I showed him what we were looking for and he had a great solution. Moved two heads and replaced a few others to fit around our new paver pad in the backyard. Quick and clean job! Thanks a ton!

Fantastic Service, Especially During the Holidays! I recently had a leaking sprinkler valve that needed immediate attention. I called BrightWater Irrigation on the afternoon of December 23rd, and was absolutely blown away by their responsiveness. They offered to send someone out the very next afternoon – Christmas Eve! While we couldn't make that work with our schedule, they happily accommodated us for the day after Christmas. The technician who arrived was incredibly professional and friendly. He clearly knew his stuff and worked efficiently, quickly diagnosing and replacing the faulty valve. I was expecting a hefty bill, especially given the holiday timing, but was pleasantly surprised by their extremely reasonable pricing. BrightWater Irrigation went above and beyond to provide excellent service during a busy holiday season. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is evident. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of irrigation repair or maintenance. They've earned a loyal customer in me!

It was easy to make an appointment and have their technician come out. They notified me 15 minutes before coming, and the technician called to make sure that he got everything done and if there were any problem areas that I was concerned about. There was one concern, and apparently he already had fixed it, and it was a stuck valve That was operating no matter which zone was on. This was just an annual inspection and I was unhappy with my old company and brightWater had excellent reviews. . I would 100% recommend BrightWater.! The price included three heads and my last company, nickel and dimed On every single thing. I paid the price they quoted and that included everything that they did I am a very happy Customer.

This company does great work! We have used them a couple of times and have been pleased with them. The employees are very knowledgeable and friendly. Will continue using them for all her sprinkler repairs!

Technician was on time. He completed fixing my broken irrigation lines quickly and also informed me of several of my sprinklers that were not functioning correctly. Which I knew were not but hadn't had time to fix them. I am very pleased with Brightwater, irrigation and lighting and especially the repair technician the company sent to do the work. He was awesome!

Brightwater Irrigation, Winter Garden provided excellent service for my sprinkler repair. I called Brightwater due to a sprinkler leak and was scheduled promptly. Kade, the Sprinkler Specialist provided “Outstanding” service. He diagnosed and repaired my sprinkler system quickly. Also, he made suggestions for improving my system and provided helpful information regarding my sprinkler.
